We're JI Labs, founded by Juan Ignacio — who has built two startups in tech, has over five years of experience in the industry, and works as Director of Operations at a real estate agency. That means we build AI systems for our own operation first, under real deadlines with real clients. Only what survives there ships to our clients. We work remotely and keep scope tight.
It depends on scope, which is why every engagement starts with an audit rather than a quote. Single-workflow automations sit at the lower end; custom internal tools cost more. Either way, you get a fixed price for a defined scope before any build starts — no open-ended billing.
The audit takes one to two weeks. A first automation typically ships within a few weeks of agreeing the roadmap; larger custom tools are scoped in phases so something useful is running early. You’ll have a concrete timeline in writing before work begins.
Probably, but the audit exists to find out rather than assume. The pattern is nearly always the same: a handful of repetitive, rule-following workflows eating hours every week — industries change, the shape of the problem rarely does. If the audit finds nothing worth automating, we’ll tell you, and you still keep the documented map of your workflows.
Systems are designed GDPR-first: personal data is minimized, kept in the EU where required, and where possible no client PII is sent to AI models at all — the same rule the real-estate operations app in the Work section was built on. How your data is handled is documented as part of every project.
